1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Watch in Sync, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Watch in Sync provides synchronized YouTube video playback across multiple devices. The service includes a web application, desktop applications, mobile applications, and a cloud synchronization service.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to disrupt the sync service, reverse-engineering the protocol, automated access without permission, or using the service for any illegal purpose.
5. Service Tiers
The free tier includes up to 2 devices per room and 1 active room. Paid tiers offer additional capacity. We reserve the right to modify tier limits with reasonable notice. Pricing changes apply to future billing periods only.
6. Intellectual Property
Watch in Sync and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Watch in Sync and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you provide through the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Watch in Sync is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
