We use your information to provide and improve the Watch in Sync service, authenticate your account, manage room sessions, and communicate service updates. Sync performance data is used in aggregate to improve our algorithms.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our service (hosting, analytics) under strict data processing agreements. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication tokens are stored securely and expire automatically. Room data is ephemeral and deleted when rooms close.

5. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can delete your account through the app settings, which removes all associated data.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Analytics, if any, use privacy-respecting, cookie-free solutions.
